Refund policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours after order. 

No returns/refunds on custom orders with names. 

For tumbler send ins: Refunds can only be made based on the cost of the painting. I will not refund shipping or the original price of the cup. I will refund what you paid for from my website, but that is it. If you run into an issue, the likelihood of me being able to fix it is high. I will do my best to meet your expectations. 

Returns/Refunds are accepted on my inventory up to 48 hours after you receive the item. This includes all of my personal inventory such as notebooks, 40oz tumblers with handles, on-hand Brumates, and stickers. 

Returns accepted for "On Demand" print products up to 48 hours after you receive item. Item must be returned to Art with Alea before refund is processed.
